What kind of flight this is
Both are paratrike flights: a powered paraglider with a seat, a rear engine and three wheels, flown by a pilot, so you do not run off a hill. The first operator’s page describes the take-off from an esplanade on the beach at San Miguel, about 15 minutes north of Miraflores, and a flight along the Costa Verde cliffs at 80 to 300 metres over San Miguel, Magdalena, San Isidro and Miraflores. The second page gives the same altitudes. So you see the cliffs and the coast from the air, rather than a view of the whole city.

Who cannot fly
The limits differ between the two pages, so read the one you book:
- First flight: not suitable for children under 5, pregnant women, people with heart problems, people with recent surgeries and people over 100 kg.
- Second flight: not suitable for pregnant women, people with heart problems and people over 95 kg.
It is a short flight. Flying always depends on the weather, and both pages say they fly only in suitable conditions, so keep your date flexible if you can.
